The whole deal, plainly

What it costs you: nothing

No lease. No deposit. No invoice to your office. No maintenance line item. You give us a few square feet and an outlet. We do the rest.

We buy the machine

Equipment, freight, and install are on us. You are not signing an equipment lease and you are not on the hook if it walks out the door.

We keep it full

Scheduled restocks on a route, not on a whim. If a slot keeps selling out, we change what goes in it. We're stocking for your people, not our convenience.

We fix it

Jam, card reader, a tenant who lost four quarters: one number, one person, same-day answer. Your front desk never becomes vending support.

Not one machine, a fleet

What we can put in

We match the machine to the building. A warehouse break room and a laundromat lobby want completely different things, and putting the wrong box in either one is how a machine ends up sitting dead in a corner.

Smart vending

Big touchscreen, cashless everything, and a cellular connection that reports every sale. Prices and planogram change from a laptop: no truck roll, no service call.

AI-enabled coolers

Tap a card, open the door, take what you want, close it. Cameras and weight sensors do the rest and charge the card. Nothing to jam, nothing to get stuck on the coil, and people buy noticeably more when they can hold it first.

Claw & amusement

Skill-based crane machines, and the gachapon and prize machines that go with them. A completely different revenue curve from snacks. People play more than once, and they bring someone next time.

Everyday vending

Sometimes a building just needs cold drinks and chips, and a screen would be money spent on nothing. Those machines still take a tap and still report to us. The smarts don't come off.

The part that actually matters

What "smart" buys you

Every vending company on earth now says "smart." Here's what it actually means for the person who deals with the machine day to day.

We know it's empty before you do

Machines report sales as they happen. Nobody has to call the office because row C ran out. An alert fires and it goes on the route. Your front desk never becomes our inventory system.

Every way to pay, including the ones people actually use

Tap, chip, swipe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash where cash still matters. A machine that only takes bills loses a sale every time somebody walks up with just a phone, which is most of them now.

Prices and product change remotely

If something isn't moving at $2.75, it moves at $2.25 by that afternoon without anyone driving out. If your residents keep asking for one thing, it's in the next restock, not the next quarter.

Faults page us, not you

Card reader offline, cooling out of range, door left open. The machine tells us. The failure mode we're designing against is the one where a machine sits broken for two weeks because nobody wanted to make a phone call.

Where a machine actually earns

Places this works

Two different patterns, two different machines. Snacks and drinks sell where people are passing through. Claw and amusement sell where people are stuck waiting or came to have fun.

Vending & coolers: people passing through

Apartment & condo communities Gyms & fitness studios Warehouses & distribution Offices & coworking Auto shops & tire centers Self-storage facilities Trade schools & training centers 24-hour facilities of any kind

Claw & amusement: people waiting or playing

Laundromats Restaurants & waiting areas Boba & ice cream shops Family entertainment & bowling Movie theaters Salons & barbershops Car washes Medical & dental waiting rooms Swap meets & markets

The pattern that works: for vending, roughly 40+ people through the space on a normal day with no store inside a five-minute walk. For claw and amusement, it's not headcount: it's dead time. Anywhere people are waiting on a dryer, a table, or a haircut, a crane machine earns off boredom that's already happening. If your building isn't a fit for either, we'll tell you on the walkthrough rather than after.

Stocked for your people

What goes in it

A vending machine is only a perk if it has what someone actually wants at 9pm. We stock to the building, not to a generic planogram.

The everyday

Cold drinks, water, energy, chips, candy, and protein: the things that move in every building in Southern California.

The imports

Japanese and Korean snacks, drinks, and gacha-style treats you can't grab at the corner store. It's the difference between a machine people use and a machine people photograph and text to a friend, and it's the reason they come back to yours.

Whatever your people keep asking for

Tell us what your residents, crew, or clients request and it goes in the next restock. Halal, vegan, sugar-free, a specific energy drink the whole warehouse drinks: say it once.

Prizes worth actually winning

In the claw machines: licensed plush, anime and character figures, and the kind of imported prizes people recognize. A crane machine full of generic dollar-store filler gets played once and never again. The prize mix is the business.

Every way to pay

Tap, chip, swipe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash. Nobody walks away because they didn't have singles, and on a claw machine, tap-to-play is the single biggest difference between one try and four.

Who you'd be dealing with

Straight answers

"What company is actually on the paperwork?"

Atomic Vending is operated by Domus Anguiana LLC, a California limited liability company in good standing, entity number B20250251346, verifiable in the California Secretary of State's business search. General liability coverage is in place before a machine is ever plugged in at your property. Certificate of insurance and a W-9 available on request, naming your entity as additional insured if your policy requires it.

"Is this actually AI, or is that just marketing?"

Fair question, and the answer is: some of it is, some of it isn't, and we'll tell you which is which for your building. The grab-and-go coolers genuinely use computer vision and weight sensing to work out what you took. The vending machines use connectivity and sales data. That's telemetry and forecasting, and calling it artificial intelligence would be a stretch. The claw machines are claw machines. What we won't do is roll a plain box into your lobby and describe it as AI-powered because it has a screen on it.

"What's in it for you?"

We make money on what sells. That's the entire model, which means our incentive and yours point the same direction: a full, clean, working machine that your people actually like. If it stops earning, we move it and stop wasting your floor space.

Before you ask

The questions every manager asks

What does this cost my property?
Nothing. No purchase, no lease, no deposit, no service contract, no minimum. We take on the equipment cost and the risk. We earn it back on sales.
How much space and power does it need?
A vending machine or cooler runs about 3 ft wide × 3 ft deep × 6 ft tall. A claw machine is smaller and lighter, closer to 2.5 ft square, and several will fit where one vending machine would. Either way, allow about 30 inches of clearance in front so the door opens for service, and one standard grounded 110v outlet within six feet. No dedicated circuit, no electrical work, nothing bolted to your walls.
Who pays the electricity?
A modern machine draws about as much as a household refrigerator: roughly $8–$15 a month at current SoCal rates. Most hosts absorb it as part of the amenity, and it's factored into why the machine is free to you in the first place.
What if it's vandalized or broken into?
That's our loss, not yours. We repair or replace the machine and we carry general liability coverage for it. Your property isn't responsible for the equipment or its contents.
Are claw machines legal here? Do we need a permit?
Yes, they're legal in California. Machines that are predominantly games of skill are specifically excluded from the state's slot machine definition under Penal Code § 330b(f): a crane machine where the player aims and controls the drop is a skill game, not a gambling device. Where it gets fiddly is local: cities and counties generally require a business license and an amusement device permit, and some have zoning rules about where machines can go. That's our paperwork to pull and our fee to pay, not yours. We confirm the local requirements for your address before anything is delivered.
Will it be on our wifi or our network?
No. Every connected machine we place uses its own cellular data connection. We never ask for your wifi password, we're never on your network, and there is nothing here for your IT department to review or approve.
Are the machines rigged? We don't want complaints.
Our claw machines are set to a genuine, winnable strength and we don't run them any other way, partly because it's the line between a legal skill game and a regulatory problem, and partly because a machine nobody ever wins on stops getting played inside a month. Price to play and what's inside are posted on the machine. If a player is ever charged and doesn't get what they paid for, they email support@atomic-vending.com and we refund it. Your staff never has to adjudicate anything.
What if we want it gone?
The machine stays a minimum 30 days. After that, either side can end it free anytime through day 90: we come get it, we patch nothing because we didn't drill anything, no fee, no argument.
Do you need building access or keys?
Only whatever your access policy allows. We'll work inside it. Most locations schedule service during staffed hours and we sign in like any other vendor. We can provide a COI, a W-9, and vendor forms ahead of the first visit.
How often do you restock?
The connected machines tell us, which is the whole point of running them connected: we see what sold and what's low without anyone calling. Route visits get scheduled off that data and adjust after the first few weeks of real sales. Claw machines get their prizes rotated on a schedule too. The same plush sitting in the same corner for three months is how a machine goes stale.
Can you put more than one machine in?
Yes, and mixing types usually earns more than doubling up on one. Snack plus drink is standard in warehouses and gyms. A cooler plus a claw machine works well anywhere people wait. Multi-property portfolios welcome: tell us how many sites and we'll plan the rollout.

Start to installed

Four steps. About two weeks.

Nothing here requires a committee, a capital request, or a legal review that takes a quarter.

01

Ten-minute walkthrough

We look at foot traffic, power, and floor space, in person or from a couple of photos. If your spot won't earn, we'll say so instead of parking a machine there to collect dust.

02

One-page agreement

Plain English, one page, no auto-renewal trap. The machine stays a minimum 30 days. After that, either side can walk away free anytime through day 90, no penalty. You are not signing a lease.

03

Install

Usually inside two weeks of signing. Delivered upright, leveled, anti-tip secured, and plugged into a standard grounded 110v outlet. We work around your hours.

04

We run it

Restocks, cash pulls, cleaning, and repairs. From that point on, you never touch it.
